To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ketfii is not responsible for damage, loss, injury, or secondary consequences resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, use of incompatible components, or failure to follow the instructions and safety guidance provided with the product.

Important Safety Notice: If your kettle shows unusual overheating, smoke, electrical sparking, persistent burning odors, abnormal operation, damage to the power cord, plug or base, or leakage near electrical components, stop using the appliance immediately and unplug it from the power source. Please contact Ketfii customer support (info@ketfii.com) before using the product again.

Electrical Requirements & Original Power Base

The product should only be connected to an electrical supply that meets the voltage, frequency, and other electrical requirements specified on the product label, packaging, or instruction manual.

Do not connect the kettle to an incompatible voltage, unauthorized power adapter, damaged electrical outlet, or other unsuitable power source.

Use the Original Power Base Only: Ketfii electric kettles must only be used with the original power base supplied with the specific kettle model. Do not use a power base from another kettle, another Ketfii model, another brand, or any non-original or unauthorized base.

An incompatible or non-original power base may not match the kettle's electrical specifications or safety design and may result in malfunction, overheating, electrical hazards, fire, or product damage.

Proper Use & Warranty Coverage

Ketfii products are designed to be used as described in the applicable instruction manual and official product guidance.

Examples of improper use include operating the kettle contrary to the instructions, using unauthorized accessories or components, modifying or disassembling the product, using an incompatible electrical supply, using a non-original power base, or continuing to operate the product after a known safety issue has been identified.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible components, incorrect electrical supply, or failure to follow the supplied instructions may not be covered under the Ketfii Limited Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full coverage details.
